Ordering & Delivery
No — we hate subscriptions. Order when you want. That's it.
If you order often, our optional membership gets you 10% off everything, 20% off orders of 6+ items, and free delivery. But it's a perk, never a requirement.
Wednesday and Sunday afternoons, across San Diego — roughly a 30-mile radius from our kitchen downtown. Orders close 24 hours before your delivery day, so lock in your order the day before.

Outside the radius? We're working on expanding — and we're always open to running an experiment. Email hello@eatsul.com and we'll see if we can work something out.
Delivery is a flat $8.50. Members get free delivery on every order, no minimum. Pickup is always free.

Yes — we cater for teams, events, and gatherings across San Diego. Every meal arrives individually packaged, sealed, and labeled with the guest's name. No shared trays.
Each guest builds their own meal — ingredients, portion size, the works — so gluten-free, vegan, and allergy-conscious eaters are covered without compromising anyone else's lunch.

Our Food
No two meals we make are the same. Each one is designed for the person eating it — your ingredients, your portions, your macros, printed on the label. Your meal doesn't exist until you build it.
What we leave out matters as much as what goes in. No industrial seed oils. No refined sugar. Just whole ingredients, cooked in our family's restaurant — the same kitchen that's been feeding San Diego for over 30 years.
We are Dirty Dozen organic. Period. The produce most exposed to pesticides — blueberries, kale, spinach, strawberries, apples, and the rest of the list — is always organic.
Clean Fifteen produce like sweet corn, cabbage, and onions flips between organic and conventional based on availability and quality. We'd rather serve you the best conventional sweet corn than a mediocre organic one. And yes, we wash our produce.
No industrial seed oils. We cook exclusively in avocado oil and use extra virgin olive oil for sauces.
No refined sugar. No white sugar, no corn syrup, nothing processed — when a dish needs sweetness, it comes from natural sources like honey, agave, or the fruit itself.
Whole food, period.
Raw, unlined paper — no PFAS, no coatings. The “forever chemicals” that line most takeout containers never touch your food.
The lids are PLA, a bio-based polymer made from plants, not petroleum.
Protein packs are vacuum-sealed in BPA-free pouches.
We cook at Asti Ristorante, our family's fine-dining Italian restaurant that has served San Diego for over 30 years. Every detail is held to the same standards as a fine dining kitchen.
Remove the lid and sauce before heating thoroughly. Microwave right in the tray (90 seconds), or transfer to a skillet on low (3 minutes) or a sheet in the oven at 350°F (5–7 minutes).
Salads are best enjoyed cold — no reheating needed.
Protein packs: thaw in the fridge — and cut the pouch open first. Then reheat in a pan, microwave, or oven. In a hurry? You can reheat them straight from frozen.
Every meal's label has the instructions printed on it too, so you never have to guess.
Yes — and we take it a step further: you can customize your macros, making us the only meal service of its kind that we know of.
We portion your meals to your targets and print the macros right on the label — each meal is different, so each label is too.
Everything is made to order, fresh — never frozen. We rapidly cool each meal right after cooking to lock in peak freshness and shelf life.
We recommend eating your meals within 4 days. Leafy greens, chopped fruit, and other delicate ingredients are best enjoyed first.
Frozen items like protein packs are the exception — they're flash-frozen and can stay in your freezer for months.
Our kitchen handles all nine FDA-recognized major food allergens, and cross-contact is possible. If you have a severe food allergy, please read our full allergen disclaimer before ordering.
