How to delete your account

1. Sign in to your account in the SÜL app, or at eatsul.com/login.
2. Go to your Profile and scroll to the bottom of the page.
3. Tap “Delete account”.
4. Confirm with your password (or, if you sign in with Google, type DELETE), then tap “Permanently delete my account”.

If you can't access your account, email hello@eatsul.com from the email address on the account and request deletion. We aim to process emailed requests within 5 business days.

What is deleted

When you delete your account, we immediately and permanently erase:

• Your account (name, email address, phone number, and password)
• Your profile, including goals, height, weight, dietary restrictions, and macro targets
• Your weigh-in log, meal plans, and favorites
• Any link to a coach or trainer
• Push notification tokens for your devices
• Your saved payment details and any Unlimited subscription, which is cancelled immediately (removed at our payment processor, Stripe)

Deleting some data without deleting your account

You don't have to delete your account to remove specific data. You can clear your optional profile details (height, weight, goals, dietary restrictions, and macro targets) and remove favorites at any time from your Profile. For anything else, email hello@eatsul.com from the email address on your account and tell us what you'd like deleted — we aim to process these requests within 5 business days.

What is kept

Past order records are retained for bookkeeping, tax, and food-safety compliance, as permitted by law. These records are disassociated from your deleted account and no longer linked to you. No other data is retained after deletion.
